Return/Refund/Shipping Policy


At we are accepting All Items returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivered product. Please contact us via email at or give us a call at 1-(323)-424-4509 before initiating any return. All returns must be approved and returned with shipping prepaid in original condition and in their original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition. Shipping and handling on returned items are not covered by and shipping costs are not refundable. 

If your product is damaged during shipping, we require you to keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours upon delivery. Damaged shipments will be evaluated and you will be credited according to the outcome of your claim.


Customer refund credits are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refund credits can only be issued to the card used during the original purchase according to U.S. law. In the event a credit cannot be issued to the original card used for purchase due to lost card, etc, an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and before a company refund check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.


We ship via UPS and US Postal Service. Orders submitted will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day and shipped once payment has been received. Ground shipping time can take anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date your order was placed depending on location.
